Paused squats were pretty rough at first. Technique has improved greatly since starting them, first set was shaky so I went back for the last 2 so I would hit my bar lift requirement.

Ghr sit ups: 4x8 +25lbs
Pull downs: 4x12 @40lbs
Rows felt a little sloppy the week before so I took some weight off and really focused on having good rows. I need to get better at these.

Paused squats are going great. Less break down in technique but grunting has increased.
