I haven't been on here in a while which is a bad habit I have gotten in to. I've started a new training cycle and new log and will do a much better job at keeping this one updated.

Monday 11/10

Bench press: 85x5 95x5 120x5 150x5 175x4

Pendlay Rows: 135x5x5

Sit ups: 3x15

Dips: 3x8

Tricep pull downs: 40x4x10

Wednesday 11/12

Incline bench: 125x4 115x3x5

Paused squats: 175x4x8

Weighted pull-ups: bwt.(+10lbs)x5x5

Tricep pull downs: 40x4x12

Went a little heavy on incline by mistake but took it down and was able to finish my sets.

11/14

Paused squats: 175x6 175x3x8 175x2

Bench: 145x5x5

Pendlay rows: 140x5x5

Paused squats were pretty rough at first. Technique has improved greatly since starting them, first set was shaky so I went back for the last 2 so I would hit my bar lift requirement.

11/18

Bench: 85x5 95x5 125x5 155x5 180x2

Pendlay rows: 115x5x5

Ghr sit ups: 4x8 +25lbs

Pull downs: 4x12 @40lbs

Rows felt a little sloppy the week before so I took some weight off and really focused on having good rows. I need to get better at these.

11/20

Ohp: 100x4x5

Paused squats: 190x5x6

Pull ups: 5x5

Face pulls: 4x15 @ 30

Paused squats are going great. Less break down in technique but grunting has increased.

Bench press: 85x5 95x5 125x5 155x5 180x2

Not the best day. Came in really tired but the sets leading up to 180 were great. I really wanted the 5 reps but my leg cramped up and I lost focus. Hopefully next week will be better.
