Decided I'm going to start doing more GPP. I would love to have a weighted vest but since I don't have $150 to spend on one the dumbbell and backpack will have to do for now. | |

| Yeah i was "that guy" at the gym today.. backpack and all. I don't think i can just pass by the bloody nose while squatting either. Bloody nose = white light from me. | |

Notes: Bench felt okay today. Squat felt awful, hence why I dropped some weight my last 3 sets and just focused on speed. I think this is because I did my high volume squat day on Friday instead of Thursday. I was still pretty stiff today so I'm guessing thats the reason. | |
