Notes: Today was awesome. I tested my bench after finishing smolov jr friday, and its safe to say that this was way more than I expected, I would have been happy with 275. Hitting a 295 pound paused bench was awesome and I feel like 300 is in the ballpark. The 300 attempt was after a bunch of sets as you can see. Ill post the video below.

That is so insane. I knew if you just figured it out you'd see a big jump, but I can't believe that your bench press shot up that much. Congratulations, sir--this will greatly increase your total.

This is my motivation to have a halfway respectable squat by April... my winter break is going to be squat, eat, sleep.

10/8

bench press
bx5

185x3
225x3
250x3

Notes: Bench was alright. I feel like I'm capable of a heavier triple but I just felt kind of empty today, probably due to not eating enough/eating well all weekend. Kind of felt the same way for squats yesterday. I need to start monitoring my diet again.

As far as diet is concerned...keep it simple. McDonald's for breakfast, Chinese for lunch, and a XL pizza for dinner. Guaranteed to get you the gains

I think this explains the "Eats and Sweats" moniker.
