Better yet, make an actual account, so you can have a post count.

2nd. Your post count may already be well above mine.

My dream is to be Elite on the UI Powerlifting forum before the end of next year.

Big squats, OP. Your progress is pretty impressive.

Your lack of a response to my quips, however, is not.

I'm responding now, see! Your quips make me laugh. Thanks, dude. My legs are pretty massive. I feel like they could handle more weight during squats but its talking a while to get used to having a large weight on my back. I'll get there eventually.

Every time I've had 500+ on my back (a very small handful of times), the only thought going through my mind is OHSHITOHSHITOHSHIT.

You'll never get used to it. "Heavy" will always feel heavy. Once 140 starts to feel light, you'll be strong enough to work with something heavier, and the experience will just repeat itself. You can certainly acclimate to the load a little bit, but it's totally normal to feel like death under a near-max weight, whether that's 140 or 1400.

05/08/13

barx8
65x6
75x6
85x8
95x4 (Rep PR)
95x4
105x4 (Rep PR, I was being challenged to lift more in the gym today:))
95x4
75x4x4 sets, long pauses

Benching felt really easy today, not sure if its because I had a spotter the entire time, or because of the caramel corn I ate last night Very Happy. Also, setting up for bench has gotten a lot easier and feels way more comfortable lately.

3) Incline DB press

60x10
60x10
60x10
60x10

4) Pull throughs

70x12
70x12
70x12
70x12

You have plenty of time to decide. If not this one, there's always another.
