during the last few weeks i plateued on my sqyat so i cut back like 30lbs and worked my way up beltless because it was what i already was doing beltless. and i have gained 25 lbs on my beltless 5 rep max (up to 315 now) so hopefully that correlates into boosting my regular squat up.
