Introduction to benching, bar only - I'm completely untrained and it felt odd getting in the proper position for the lifts.
Dumbell benching : 5 sets of 6 with 15 lb dumbells.
Introduction to squatting: Body only - I'm not flexible enough yet.
Hamstring stretching (Good morning)
Bad girl at "250" (didn't feel like 250).
Hip flexor stretching
