My name is Dakota, I'm new to lifting, let alone power lifting. I want to improve my appearance, self-confidence, and get stronger.
Today's training: September 28, 2013
Introduction to benching, bar only - I'm completely untrained and it felt odd getting in the proper position for the lifts.

Dumbell benching : 5 sets of 6 with 15 lb dumbells.

Introduction to squatting: Body only - I'm not flexible enough yet.

Hamstring stretching (Good morning)

Bad girl at "250" (didn't feel like 250).

Hip flexor stretching
--Looking for a more formal program to start.

1) Dead Lifts at 95-135.
2) Inclined Bench, bar only, 7 sets
3) Accessory Work, hip stretch and extended plank

Second day went a lot better than the first. Everything hurts and it feels pretty great. I'm looking forward to improving. To those of you whom I've already met, it was a sincere pleasure. To those of you I will meet, I look forward to that as well.
