| Well as of right now, the deadlift is up for grabs as I won't be pulling anything worth a damn for a while. | |

| I miss the days when I was halfway skinny and could actually consider cutting to 181.. Oh wait no I don't. I love food. | |

| Grant, Anderson might be able to out-squat you right now, and he hasn't really started training.
I think in November, Monty takes the deadlift and Anderson takes the other two lifts.
HOWEVER, Anderson has to make 181 first. And who knows how he'll do at the lower weight class. Right now, it looks like he's the frontrunner, but a lot can change.

benstiller.bleedmyownblood.jpg If you can squat 450 in November, I say you have a shot at keeping it. It just depends on how he plays his attempts; a one-for-three would be disastrous for anyone. I did a 473 in a meet back when my best in training was 465. This past meet, I had done 465x4 and ended almost thirty pounds lower. Obviously, I'm not weaker now, but I put up a shittier number because I went one-for-three instead of three-for-three.

| I'm walking around, fully fed and hydrated, at about 188 right now. Given the amount of walking I've been doing, the limited amount of food in my apartment, and the PT I will be doing in addition to lifting six days a week, and 181 really should be no problem. If I have to cut whatsoever, then I did it wrong.
Actually, the biggest obstacle will be seen Tuesday, when I find out my drill dates. If I have drill the weekend of the UPA meet, I'll have to find another meet, or not compete until some later time.

| Maybe this will light a fire under Grant's ass to find the potential in those little femurs of his. Time to recapture the squatting magic of the spring. | |
