What did the pec injury happen from? Your snatch form looks considerably better than Kyle and mine. You might have to show us your ways.

Pec injury was from ignoring a small problem until it became a considerable one

Basically went from tight to pain over a few weeks then took me out of benching for a month+

The strength and conditioning coach for the swimming team was helping me for the majority of last year, definitely helped me a lot and set me in the right direction

Nah, it was probably this phagocyte. I see him doing stupid P90X workouts all the time and it makes my blood boil.

He knows his stuff and is a good coach. If you get a chance to talk to him you should take advantage of it

I'll definitely do that the next time I see him then. Even though Papa Louie isn't necessarily a fan, I think they're a good way to get explosive power.

I'd definitely be interested in learning the snatch. I don't think I'd put them in my program as a major lift, but one Olympic lifting day a week may be beneficial.
