I did a full calve workout today and lower back stuff too.

CALVE RAISES
5X5 * GOING FOR STRENGTH HERE *

CALVE RAISES
5X20 * GETTIN' TONED *

LATISIMUS DORSI PULLDOWN TO MY NIPPLES
8X8 * SO MANY PUMPS *

BARBELL CURL TO CALVE RAISE
4X30 * REALLY FINISHES OFF THE ENTIRE BODY *
