I thought I would join the forum.

Workout for Monday 9/23/13

Back Squat: 5x135, 5x160, 5x185, 5x200, 5x215, 5x230,
                3x245, 3x260, 3x275, 1x290, 1x300, 1x310

Deadlift: 5x135, 5x185, 5x225, 5x250, 5x275,
           5x300, 3x315, 3x330, 3x345, 1x355,
           1x365, 1x375

Lunges: 2 sets
Pause Back Squats: 2 sets
Squat Clean: 3 sets
