I would like to find out my actual maxes as soon as possible if anyone would be free to help me that would be spectacular and greatly appreciated. Also are there any programs involving high volume that anyone thinks would be good to consider?

Running something like StrongLifts 5x5 or SS to start might be your best bet. You've never really max tested and you will get a lot stronger very quickly. Beginner programs actually aren't all that easy--they're usually high-frequency programs designed for lifters who will get stronger very quickly; in this way, they share a lot of similarities with a program like Sheiko, in that they're a high-frequency approach to training the main movements. I'd run one of these for as long as you can, then jump into Sheiko. You can supplement these programs with additional accessory work if you don't feel like you're doing enough training.

And I wouldn't test your maxes right now. Once you're feeling up to it, you might want to test a 5RM and then base your hypothetical maxes off of it. Of your three lifts, your bench press (with a pause) is probably at ~310, based on what I saw at the meet; with the other two lifts, it's impossible to tell.

In this forum, one of the stickies includes information to a team dropbox folder that I manage that has tons of spreadsheets and ebooks and other good stuff. 5x5 is in there somewhere.


EDIT: The beginner packet, also stickied at the top of this forum, is a good resource for you as well.
