25 for 27 between our three lifters. I think the totals went: Zach ~1090, Alex 1152, and Nate 1306. All three of you had terrific meets. Congrats, guys--way to start this year off on the right foot.

One bench, one deadlift. Alex came back and got the deadlift attempt after just barely hitching it.

It looked like he had a good amount more in him on deadlift--he just got hung up on his second attempt. Zach, a new lifter, did something like 332-298-462 at 226 lbs. bodyweight for ~1090; everything looked real easy, and the only lift he was remotely close to his limit on was his bench.

In bigger news: poage now has a qualifying total for RUM VII at 165 and 148
