Technique was less than crisp and delts look a little weak to me, should be some easy fixes during the upcoming blocks

The weak point was pretty pronounced and I think that means I have some easy fixes

Bench looks great, but I would second getting this fixed. I was letting my butt hover in training before my last meet, and you know how that ended.

have you had any success?
My second two reps I was consciously trying to keep it down and it left as I push my chest to the bar. I widened my a feet a little and it seemed to help
