We are now brothers in the crippled back club. I'm pretty sure it's a some misalignment in the SI area, plus a bunch of inflammation and spasms. Going to chiro tomorrow. What do?

Even if it was off the bench it wasn't by much. It's hard to tell because of the shorts. Congrats on the PR man, how much is that over your previous best?

I try to just barely keep contact so it's possible. Thanks though, my previous best was 385

The weak point was pretty pronounced and I think that means I have some easy fixes

Bench looks great, but I would second getting this fixed. I was letting my butt hover in training before my last meet, and you know how that ended.

have you had any success?

My second two reps I was consciously trying to keep it down and it left as I push my chest to the bar. I widened my a feet a little and it seemed to help
