I remember Onyx, and Abra-Kadabra, or Ala-Kazoo--he might have been the magician. Wasn't there one that did magic tricks?

Also, one was made out of spaghetti.

Front Squat
Warmups
355x6

Lots of random rehab/prehab
Did some kettlebell swings in here, pretty mad I have avoided them due to the stigma powerlifters give them

Notes: I am having a hard time assessing where my back is in terms of the recovery cycle. I played around with 135 and could feel something in the area, but I can't tell if I just need to strengthen the area. I lost the ability to squat to depth without relaxing my thoracic which is pretty terribad, gonna work on that

Tng
Warmups
275 5x10

Cable Flyes
4x15

Notes: I am making the conscious decision to disregard lifting aside from Bench. My back injury has been taking over my programming for way too long. To be truthful, I can't even do a row without irritating the injury. The best thing I can do for my total >6 months from now is to just let this thing heal and drive my bench up a bit. I am just going to pour my focus into work instead, it's really a waste of my time to just go into the gym and prolong this injury

You must really want to beat Joey to 405 if you're eschewing everything else.
