Notes: I've been in 4 different gyms the last 5 times I've benched but I should have some more consistency going forward. I wasn't using a spot on bench and on the third set I got a little nervous and racked it at what I thought was a 9-9.5. Got a spotter for my next set and knocked out 6 at a 9.5. This was the first time in a long time I've surprised myself lifting

I did a work set today with my hands completely INSIDE the rings. By an inch.
