I think I'm back up to 215, but my goal is also to be under 210. What is the significance of 14 days?

It's pretty arbitrary, but since my weight can fluctuate a few lbs per day, I just want to be certainly under 210

My bench has felt stalled for the past few weeks and I think the reduction in total pressing volume is finally hitting me. I'm going to get back into the high volume training Saturday. Here's an updated volume/int chart

Just make sure you don't gain any more weight. You might end up on http://real-thick.tumblr.com/ with the rest of the big powerlifters.

7:10 mile at 235 ain't bad. Not sure I could do that. How's that weight cut coming?

Pretty good I think, I still haven't gotten that scale but it looks like im around 2-3 lbs less. The first step was to stop drinking a case of beer every weekend, lets see where that takes me
