Your bench is going well if you can basically leave your technique in Minnesota and still hit very solid numbers.

I am struggling to interpret this. Do you mean if I can get the bench to carry over from MN to Iowa when I come back second semester?

I meant that if you can put up decent numbers on a day in which your technique is dogshit (geek), then your bench is definitely moving in the right direction. It was a backhanded compliment.

Notes: I think the planks are going to be great for developing my front squat as they mimic the brutal breathing and stability. Additionally, I think they will help me keep my back safe when I get start back squatting more
