Workout notes:
Eschewing Smolov for today and I may modify it tomorrow. Knees are fine with the intensity but not the tonnage of it. Probably the smoothest 465 of my life.

Workout notes:
Straps started to tear on the SG deadlifts, so that cut those down in short order. I don't really have a set program at this point, but I'm learning towards just doing Push/Pull/Legs twice a week for an extended accumulation phase focusing more on TUT because in my head it's not as bad as doing reps.

Also spent way more time at the gym than intended helping a few people with lifting techniques, but whatever, I'm happy to do it. In the future I would like to keep my rest periods shorter for more metabolic stress.
