I can do low bar with just about any stance, but high bar has to be just inside of shoulder width or I'm hilariously weak at it.

Let's see: I think I've squatted three times since my last post, worked up to 405 each time and did CAT sets in the 250-275 range, benched twice working up to 225 and 245 (the 245 was pretty good) and then some back off sets between 185-200, and then today I deadlifted.
