Helped move out of an apartment for three hours in the heat before this and got to the gym feeling like shit, but used SBDs for the first time and still managed to hit a decent 465.

2 Deadlift

Workout notes:
Missed logging a few sessions: saturday I think I did squats up to 440 with singles at 415 and then Sunday I benched up to 280 with singles at 240

Workout notes:
Went out of the gym feeling much better than when I went in. For now I might make my second day of Legs/Push/Pull/Off/Legs/Push/Pull/Off an easier day until I adjust to the volume.

I don't even know why I did that set of 20; guess I forgot what I was doing.
