Dicked around with triceps extensions, pull aparts, and curls afterwards.
Approximately six months off and my bench is within 85% of my all time 1RM with a relatively easy CG double. Wut.

Took a five-ish month deload (learned that technique from George). Back to lifting with Dave Man the past week and a half. Still able to bench 225 without dying despite not benching. Squat training has been all eccentric or isometric work but 315 is still pretty easy for an over-warm single. Similar effort for a 405 deadlift.
