Wow. Your grad school experience sounds like a fantasy to me. But then I remind myself that your doing a PhD in math and then things don't seem so bad.

I do el cardio in the squat rack now. Ten reps at a time.

In case you were serious, I don't know of any place with good tracks around here. I used to run outside. Running around the park across from the mayflower is quite nice.

Yes, totally serious. I have a PT test next month and it wouldn't look good for me to fail a test immediately after being promoted.

The university track is right across from Sparti's Gyros.  I'm assuming you know where that is.  As long as the track team isn't using it, it's open to the public.

Is there any place where they post what time they are using it?

I want to say they use it in that 12-3 range but I'm not sure. You can call Sparti's and have them look out the window for people.

TIL why the 5x10 at 50% has been kicking my ass. I've been using 50% of my one rep max instead of 50% of my training max.

Bench press
3x170lbs
3x190lbs
3x215lbs

5x10x125lbs

I realized while doing my light sets why I've been struggling with my bench since I came back and it was my set up, my arms were going down too far away from my body so I was no using my lats at all. In other words, benching like a bro.
