Squats
5x230lbs
5x265lbs
12x300lbs (rep PR)

These looked a bit high. I don't know if it was because I changed my stance or because my foot was bothering I maybe I was unconsciously trying not to make it worse. Anyhow, I'll focus more on my depth next time. I also noticed that I waited a lot less between reps and maybe I was not as tight as I usually am going down so that might have affected my depth.

Haha maybe for you, but mine is so far behind my bench I'm kind of happy it's not a competition lift lol.

Squats
3x250lbs
3x285lbs
5x320lbs

First I did 7x320lbs but when I watched the video most of them were a bit high so I went for it again. That first rep on the video looks high to me but I think the rest were ok. What do you guys think?

Snatch pulls (to full extension)
5x2x135lbs

Clean pulls (to full extension)
3x3x185lbs

P.D. check out the dude behind on that last rep, he gets scared that I'm about to fail and rushes towards the rack. lol

Those were some good looking squats, Nel. Your next lesson is to learn how to put more weight on the bar so you actually have to try hard.

Thanks, I'm gonna run 5/3/1 for one more cycle, find my new one rep PRs and compute the numbers again. Hopefully that will give me higher loads. I've been following the increments by the book mostly because I feel like Im not experienced enough to make the call of adding more weight than what the program is telling to put.
