Wearing two belts??

Is this allowed or specifically prohibited in any federations?

I'm thinking it's prohibited in all federations; most every rulebook that I've seen has language in place to delineate the exact quantity of all acceptable items, as well as the extent to which they can be modified by the wearer.

I'll certainly look the other way if you want to try this at the intramural meet.

Can a spotter overrule judges?

yes, we have poage spotting for a reason
