A.) Log all the changes I've made.
B.) Get input on anything.

FYI, if I go to iowapowerlifting.com, it's the old website, but iowapowerlifting.com/index.html is the updated version.

There are also several articles we can link, too.

Weird. I was having this problem too, but that hasn't been the case for me recently. Usually a refresh fixes it. I don't know how to fix this exactly, so maybe it'll fix itself...or maybe I'll figure it out.

Yep--articles and video are on my (long) to-do list.

The only discrepancy I've found so far is that clicking on the "Forum" tab won't link me to anywhere. Other than that it looks awesome! Also, I posted my bio in the other bio thread, but I'll paste it here too just cause.

Ideas:

Is there anyway we'd be able to post up the Club Records on there too? I saw we had the meet results. That's awesome. Everything's looking supah fresh.

Best Meet lifts: Squat – 285 Bench – 195 Deadlift – 385

Competition history:
(Don’t know if you wanna add the unsanctioned intramural meet.. If so:)

- The "Forum" tab got fucked somehow, someway. This happens occasionally with sitebuilder. I'll have to re-do it.

- Definitely for club records; I've got the meet results up, the roster updated, most of the bios done, and I've added a bunch of content to the articles section. I'm filling in the home page and am thinking, additionally, of posting up youtube channels in the "videos" section, to minimize the amount of constant updating that needs to be done.

- Got a tab setup that I actually like after playing graphic-designer for a little bit. Happy for input!

Any way to get the articles in a more prettied-up fashion? I really like the video page with links to youtube channels. More pictures or something of the like on the homepage would be good, I think, just for some visuals.

Yeah, I spent a lot more time than I'm willing to admit working on it last week. I'm currently taking a self-imposed break until Monday. I've had a fun time working on it, and I'm glad I can contribute on something for the club.

On Monday:

- Added a new article.
- Updated the front page.
- Added some records to the records page: single-lift top fives, Elite totals, Masters totals.
- Updated Coffman's bio.
- Added a comment option to the contact page (Kevin had this before and I thought it was a good idea).

Otherwise, the site's more or less operational now. Let me know if you find any bad links or whatever. It needs sprucing up, and I will start tinkering with that soon.

Today:

- Updated Nel's bio.

Still need bios from a bunch of active members: Andy Awad, Zach Berger, Bryan Ehlers, Hanan Fadel, Sam Goodson, Dalton Kane, Josh Martin, Monty Mohamed, Sydra Smith, Alison Speltz. I'm giving everyone a free pass until after finals, but after that point, I'll start to try and track people down. I might start setting up bio pages for these members in the meanwhile.

Some updating:

I've posted up recent bios from the following lifters:

- Andy Awad
- Zach Berger
- Will Diebolt
- Sam Goodson
- Alison Speltz
- Kyle Kolb

I still have many more left to go, but we are getting closer to having a pretty updated page. I still need to have a lot of the older ones updated, and this is the last BIG thing that I have to do. Once I get closer to being finished on these, I'll start to work on spicing the site up a bit, maybe by adding more pictures and/or creating a busier front page. I just want to have as much info collected as possible.
