1/29

Squat
400x8 (needed 5)

Notes: Delightful day of squatting. I am now only like 90 pounds behind Kevin. Calculated max of like 507 (sup andy). These amraps this week really kicked my ass tho. Body needs the lower intensity coming next week.

The SPF meet will be our round two of last year's intramural. We should name it and charge people extra to watch us. This is a long awaited rematch.

Also, I've been just sitting here staring at the numbers that I'm supposed to hit for juggernaut the next three weeks, and its a little scary. Bench is the only one with numbers that I've actually hit before, especially in the third week. This is going to be a fun and challenging 3's phase. PRs will be had at least once a week.

It'll be bigger than when Josh watched the season premier of the Bachelor. What will the wrapped vs unwrapped squat factor be though?

Our calendar is right on the fridge. I am going to know your bodies so well after this year is up.

The seriousness of trying to get to 198 has gone from about a 4/10 to an 8/10. We'll see what happens.#RunningFromKevin

And Big Foot >>>> Mariusz Pudzianowski but, like the statement above, only one of these two actually exists.

So, my back is fucked up. Couldn't finish squats Thursday and couldn't deadlift 135 today. Going to see Mr. Scharf 3 times this week, so I'm hoping it gets better. He said some things about adhesions and a possible little tear in the disk (not bulging/herniated). Trying to take it easy on the lower body lifts and I bought a heating pad.

Update on 198 deal: Back injury threw me into a "fuck everything" type of mood, sooooo.... shooting for second at 220 in march. Unless someone thinks I can do a 20ish pound water cut. lol.
