TNG Bench Warmups 365x4,4,3 225x10x3 Used some variations with this weight
Band tricep overhead pulls 4 sets
Notes: Had a long ass day at work. Sun burn, little sleep, not enough food, not enough water, and I missed nap time. Definitely wasn't in the condition I wanted to be, but considering all the bullshit excuses it was a decent day. The third set felt the best out of the 3. I don't know what is going on with my bench right now, but I don't really like it. I think the squat progress is killing my bench. Squatting is the devil. Considering a change that involves neglecting the squat in order to focus more on the two lifts I am competing in at the fair.

| So, I'm really bad about doing this when I'm not doing well in the gym. The last week has been pathetic. I'll try to keep up, but I tend to not enjoy recapping bad days. It doesn't seem to help me forget them any better.
7/14
TNG Bench Warmups 325x6x4 345x6,8 did these with the slingshot
Notes: Bench still sucking ass. Really enjoy incorporating the slingshot into my workout. Gateway gear. I'll probably wear a shirt someday.
7/15 Deficit deadlifts Warmups 315x8x2 365x5 405x5
Lat pulls 4 sets
T bar rows 4 sets
Flipped some tires, did a little work with the heavy hammer, and rolled Monty around in the tire. Reps are made up and sets don't matter.
Notes: Deadlift felt good for the first time in weeks. Using a different belt that is much less poverty like. I think it made a big difference. Also, ready to break that top gun cd in half. Its making me weak.

| Friday was really good bench day for you man. 395 moved really well with the pause, as did 415 tng. Amazing what not working outdoors all day can do for a bench press workout. | |

| I have a little Inzer shirt you could probably squeeze into, Dalton. You may have to go 165 to get into it, but if you got that lean, your bench would be one of the best in the world. | |

| I only use it for overload work... so far. 420 was raw for the single Kevin. Don't try to rain on my parade. | |

This was mostly a joke, but I consider cutting to 198 just about every day. So, we'll see.

| I am going to try to be more consistent with this since classes have started.
8/25
TNG Bench Warmups 340 5x5
DB Fly 80's x8 100's x6,6
Dips BWx10 BW+45x10 BW+90x8
Hit the tire with the 35lb hammer a few times.
Did the ice bucket challenge.
Notes: Ice water is very cold, but refreshing after a humid night at Magni.

| I apparently don't know the meaning of consistency.. I'll try to recap this week so far.
Monday TNG bench Warmups 345 5x5
Probably some random shit.
Tuesday Deadlifts Work on sumo is did not go very well. I don't really care to remember what the numbers were.
Wednesday OHP Warmups 225x5 250x2 PR 265x1 PR
Hit the tire several times. 3 sets of 12 alternating hands I believe.
Notes: Bench feels good. Going to keep going 5x5 as long as I can. Still no idea what I'm trying to do with my deadlift. Really don't care at the moment as long as bench is doing well.
