Haven't logged my training in awhile, but I figured I should in order to see my progress.

Running Cube now, with a little of my own input. Currently on week 2

Deadlifts: Conventional 8x3 @60% 245lbs, cheater 3x12 @50% 205lbs
DB Shrugs: 3x12
Lat Pull Downs: 3x10-12
Leg Extensions: 3x12
