So I guess I have responsibilities now so the least I can do is post my training n sheitt...
Started a traditional Conjugate style training cycle this week so here are some backposts of what I've done so far:

Tues (5/31/16)- Dynamic bench
reverse hypers: 3x15x90
dynamic bench- comp grip w/ microbands: 8x3x75 + 40
Triceps- close grip BP to 2 board: 5x5x150
shrugs: 5x10x60 (x2)
lat sled pulls: 6x20x90
dumbbell bicep curls: 3x15x15 (x2)
bent over rows: 4x10x(60,65,70,75)
reverse hypers: 3x15x90
light abs


Wed (6/1/16)- Max effort squat
sled drags: 10 trips w/ 90lb
max squat- safety bar to box
