Kind of didn't do the 10x3 day due to a combination of the game, alcohol, and massive sunburn on my back. Didn't make it up on 9/22 for the above reasons as well. Whoops.

Notes: Mixed it up between over the shoulder and cradle carries. Arms and entire body/CNS were pretty sore the next day.

When you ran IF how long were your fasts? And were you doing daily fasts or a couple longer ones a week?

Pretty sure it was like 18:6 fast/feast. Workout fasted in the afternoon and then eat until you can't anymore until bed.
