Thursday:

Close grip bench
135x10
155x3
175x3
195x3
215x3
235x3

Military Press, DB shoulder press, tricep pulldowns

Today:

(Un-wrapped) Squat
warm up
135, 2x8
225x5
315x2
365x2
405x2
435x4 PR

Wide stance squat
225x6
245x6
265x6

Notes: I'm considering writing an article for the website on my theory of the two month deload.  There is no doubt that I have come back stronger/fatter than ever....or maybe actually training seriously, eating well, and getting rest is whats doing it???
