Ya, I am. To be honest, the program seems to be working but I have really never been this consistent with my training in the past. I haven't missed any workouts, I've been taking nutrition a lot more seriously and also making sure I've been getting enough sleep which I think has really helped.

That's awesome. Hearing your say that motivates me to emphasize nutrition and rest more. Not that I'm terrible about those things, but I think I tend to look at those as secondary elements when considering the progress (or lack of) in my training. Well done.

Notes: Worked up to my opener for the meet, It didn't feel great and i leaned a little forward. Weight is at 226 so I'm thinking I should be alright to make weight at 220. Time to rest up.
