High step ups

I went in feeling pretty tired and tried to squat, but it felt awful, so i quit it early and decided to try again the next day after i'd had some rest.

Hip adductions  and abductions

Squats went well today. The sets weren't very hard, i never had to seriously fight to get the weights up.

My elbows started aching again, probably due to yesterday's squats. This session wasn't programmed or anything, I just went by feel and tried to get some work done since I'm kind of in a limbo. What should I do, Keosawa? I'm lost.

I'm still figuring out how to really use the wraps, but I think I'm starting to get a feel for how they effect my squats. My back position never deteriorated during this session, so that's encouraging.
