I thought it would be a good idea to have a general thread for us to share our PR's, whether it be in the gym or in competition. Post up whenever you hit a PR, and try to get it on video if you can. This can be a rep PR, one rep max, or whatever. Keep it for strictly PR's, though.


Recent PR's I've hit in training:
485x1 deficit deadlift (standing on one 45lb plate)
385x3 paused squat
315x2 slingshot bench press (black slingshot)

Pulled 520 for two doubles today (straps). That's a definite PR, as my best competition pull is 524. I'm setting up for an easy 551.
