| Phrased in the form of a question because I need your input.
Does Sunday, September 9th sound good for our first, official meeting?
Keep in mind that this is not the same as the informal meeting I already posted about. This would be a larger, IMU-hosted meeting that would, hopefully, involve at least a couple of new, fresh faces. | |

This form needs to be printed and filled out: http://cs.its.uiowa.edu/email/documents/ApprovalFormMassMailplusResearch.pdf Several signatures need to be acquired (Ray Beemer would know exactly who is needed) for that form. Then, we need to fill out this form: https://web.its.uiowa.edu/massmail2/beans/public.action Submit it, and also print out a copy to mail to ITS along with the first form. | |

| My IMU account is inactive--presumably because the semester hasn't started yet--so I'll likely have a date soon. It sounds like Chris couldn't do September 9th, so I could always schedule it for the week after (September 16th) if everyone's on board with that idea. | |

I think we're organized enough for it now. I would, however, like to have our first official meeting finalized before we send it out, just so that we can put it on there. My account is currently "inactive," so I just emailed someone at the IMU about it; hopefully I'll hear back soon. | |
