| during the last few weeks i plateued on my sqyat so i cut back like 30lbs and worked my way up beltless because it was what i already was doing beltless. and i have gained 25 lbs on my beltless 5 rep max (up to 315 now) so hopefully that correlates into boosting my regular squat up. | |

| Front squat 45 135 185 225 275 285 fail...these are tough.. never have really done them before...i think i crushed my clavicles standing good morning 6x 135 3x6 155
straight leg deadlift 4x10 155
pullups with 10lbs 9,8,4
russian twists with 45lbs 3x20
