Burley Hawk is the 395-lb. farmer who totaled 2225 in his first powerlifting meet via a 825-lb. squat, 600-lb. bench press, and 800-lb. deadlift. After doing this in his first meet--in the SPF--Louie Simmons invited him to train at Westside Barbell and claims he will have the world's first 2400-lb. raw total after tomorrow.

Not sure; he could be over 5'7".

He hit his opener on squat (800).

850 second attempt is good. I know it's a pro multi-ply invitational and the camera angle is awful, but I don't think there is any question of depth.

5'7 220 is the most common on bb.com

5'7 400 is optimal

I know.

His first-ever miss in a powerlifting meet came on a 650-lb. bench attempt.

He will still go over 2300 though, since his sub-total is up 90 lbs. on his 2225. Not bad for a second meet.

Burley is opening big on deadlift. 800+.

Edit: Missed his opener at 805. Looked like a grip issue. His deadlift technique is hideous.
