Hello! The University of Iowa Athletics Department is looking for back-up timers at our home Swimming and Diving meets for the 2013-2014 season. We are reaching out to your organization to see if you would be interested in joining our event team.
Attached to this email is the home Swimming and Diving schedule. We need 16 back-up timers for all listed meets, with the exception of the Hawkeye Invitational, which requires 24. Report time for each group is 45 minutes prior to the listed start time.
For every date (or session of the Hawkeye Invitational), back-up timing groups will be paid $300 for providing the requested amount of timers.
If you are interested, please respond to this email with the dates you are available to work by Friday, October 4th.
