Weight: 167 (last I checked)

Kinda a lot behind on this, so I'll be uploading several days at once. I've just started powerlifting, so I'm on a 5x5 routine.

9/29
Squats: 5x45
Rowing: 5x45
Bench Press: 5x45

10/3
Squats: 5x55
Rowing: 5x55
Bench Press: 5x55

10/5
7 Laps (breast stroke)

10/6
Squats: 5x65
Deadlifts: 5x95
Overhead: 5x15

10/8
Squats: 5x75
Rowing: 5x65
Bench Press: 2x65 and 3x55

Hey, welcome to the forum. Excellent choice going with the 5x5. I think I can speak for most of us here when I say that a majority of us started with that program and had good results. So hello to us at the crwc and ask questions if you have any!
