Bench Warmups 365 good 390 stapled 390 finished the lift but got reds on either butt movement or jumping the press command
Deadlift Warmups 540 good 585 good 630 good
I'll go through this in more detail tomorrow. I want to put together some data and figure out my training tomorrow too

Notes: Collar bone and trap is hurting from that third deadlift at the meet I just did. Strangely, it doesn't bother me during deadlifts or front squats, but it's brutal on back squats. I'm also not sure If I can bench either
