| Gotchya. I've been giving it a thought recently, it seems like it's a lot based on what works for the individual. Not super set in stone. | |

I kind of dabbled with IF leading up to the meet last weekend. I cut out breakfast and only ate lunch and an early dinner (sometimes was a late dinner). I definitely dropped a couple of pounds but I do not think my numbers increased. | |

| Yeah I think I'm going to give it a try. Not a "strict" daily take on IF, but probably a couple of longer fasts during the week along with skip breakfast on all days. | |

| November 27 2013 6:49 PM 1 Squat 225 lbs x 3 reps 275 lbs x 3 reps 315 lbs x 3 reps 365 lbs x 1 reps Actually double the sets for each poundage, one high bar and one low bar. Squatting strength is in the pooper. 375 FS was easier than this.
2 Speed High-bar Squat 225 lbs x 5 reps 225 lbs x 5 reps 225 lbs x 5 reps "Speed"
