Gotchya. I've been giving it a thought recently, it seems like it's a lot based on what works for the individual. Not super set in stone.

Yeah, it didn't really mess with my lifting at all, but some people absolutely hate it. Only one way to find out, I guess.

I kind of dabbled with IF leading up to the meet last weekend. I cut out breakfast and only ate lunch and an early dinner (sometimes was a late dinner). I definitely dropped a couple of pounds but I do not think my numbers increased.

Yeah I think I'm going to give it a try. Not a "strict" daily take on IF, but probably a couple of longer fasts during the week along with skip breakfast on all days.

1 Snatch Pull
225 lbs x 3 reps
280 lbs x 3 reps
325 lbs x 3 reps
375 lbs x 3 reps
Paused for 3 at the knee on concentric, 3 second eccentric Used weird bumper plates so actual weights may vary.

2 Snatch Grip Deadlift
400 lbs x 3 reps
455 lbs x 1 reps
400 paused like the pulls 455 was just a normal sgdl. 500 in the works?

3 Snatch Grip Romanian Deadlift
315 lbs x 5 reps
315 lbs x 5 reps
315 lbs x 5 reps

4 SSB Squat
180 lbs x 8 reps
230 lbs x 8 reps
320 lbs x 3 reps
270 lbs x 4 reps
180 lbs x 12 reps
In a mono to boot, painfully non-natty

Most of these were paused.

I think that was on one of the paused or rep sets. Was tired for all the sets though Suspect

1 Squat
225 lbs x 3 reps
275 lbs x 3 reps
315 lbs x 3 reps
365 lbs x 1 reps
Actually double the sets for each poundage, one high bar and one low bar. Squatting strength is in the pooper. 375 FS was easier than this.

2 Speed High-bar Squat
225 lbs x 5 reps
225 lbs x 5 reps
225 lbs x 5 reps
"Speed"

Workout notes:
Time to increase back squat frequency by lots
