University of Iowa Powerlifting
When: September 23rd, 7-8pm.
Where: IMU room 259 (Miller room)
1. Opening:
A.) Roll call.
B.) Review of last meeting’s minutes.
2. Officer elections:
A.) President election.
B.) Vice President election.
C.) Secretary election.
D.) Treasurer election.
3. Supplemental positions, volunteers and elections:
A.) Defining supplemental positions for 2012-2013 year: possibilities include but are not limited to advertising and marketing, video chief, sponsorship chief, meet director.
B.) Filling supplemental positions, either through volunteerism or election.
4. October 27th NASA Iowa Regionals:
A.) Roll call for those competing and/or attending.
B.) Travel arrangements.
C.) Covering competition requisites: membership, entry form, equipment.
D.) Planning pre-meet seminar; proposal for Sunday, September 30th session at rec building.
5. Other business.
