I always assumed they were in some gobbledygook English units like marks or tower stones.

It's labeled in exactly zero places and who honestly knows how strong their rhomboids and rear delts are?

| Doesn't it go in really odd increments? like 2.5? Good indication that it's kilos | |

| I'm pretty sure it starts at 2.5 and then goes in increments of 5. So 2.5, 7.5, 12.5, etc, and then the little weight thingy doodad you can put on it is another 2.5 to even it out. | |

Since it has two cables, I always thought that it was at 2.5lb increments so that when you were using the cables together it would be in even 5lb increments like alot of other machines are.

That's okay, you aren't going to need them that much in basic training anyways, right?

| Kyle (and Janis!) helped me max test my bench today. I KIND OF put up 105; I technically pushed it up, but it was ultra hideous and had a super uneven extension and Kyle said it would not have counted at a meet. haha

| I will be updating this soon... I ended up having to ship my lifting shoes, hiking shoes and cleats home so I could fit stuff in my suitcase... so when I get those back, I will be lifting again! | |

| I have been terrible at updating this. I have been doing a lot of hiking and I have been lifting as well.
I hit a 245lb deadlift yesterday, as well as a 5x5 bench at 75lbs.
I hope everyone is having a good break!

Not sure what the exact weekly food bill is, but they through roughly one 50lb bag of food per week, as well as some cans of wet dog food. When one is going through a big growth spurt though they can take down around 70lbs per week.
