Training Sessions
We have to figure out what training session times work best for the most people
They’ve agreed to set the crossfit class around our schedule so we need to get a time set in stone after registration is compete

ISU
Current roster is Sammie Jo, Joe, Malorie, Paige, Jake, Lorenzo
Meet starts at 10:30
Day trip: will leave Iowa City around 8:30am and should be back by 7pm
We will be meeting at the IMU @ 8:30; please be punctual.
We will have an exact location later this week.
Casual meet, so you don’t need to wear singlets or anything fancy like that, but try to wear your iPl gear

Meets
May 16th: UPA, Wisconsin
Aug 1-2: UPA, Dubuque *This is a huge meet so it will fill up fast. Make up your mind soon.
Aug 22: State Fair *This is a Push-Pull meet (Bench and Deadlift only) and is non-sanctioned

Summer
We won’t get to use the Oly room in the Field House so you will need to find a new place to lift.
There are a lot of people who lift at Magni Barbell, so even if you don’t have a car, there would most likely be rides available
Magni is $35 a month for membership
