Intramural Meet Volunteers

Schedule for Sunday:
3:30-4:00: Spotting/loading run-through with Tanner and George.

I'd also like to do a rules run-through with our judges. Janis is going to post the list of volunteers later, and I'll contact people. I believe she wants to run the head table. I'm willing to be head judge, unless someone else wants to do it. Out of our volunteers, we'll need another couple of judges. If we have more than six at the meet, it would be fantastic to have someone else to serve as a fill-in role, either by making sure people are warming up and are aware that they're going to be called for their attempt, or filling in for any of us, and/or running the second rules meeting.

List of people who can volunteer during all or part of this meet:

George, Tanner, Alex H., Seth, Possibly Joey, Kyle, Janis, Hanan.

Also, I know a lot of the lifters will probably have questions throughout the meet, so I guess the more people we have who even just serve as "extras," the easier a time we will have managing the entrants.

Seth, would you feel comfortable being head judge? I could make Hanan and Alex side judges, and I could be the "extra" who assists wherever he's needed.

I would try to get there by 5:30. I'll be there for 5, which will be the beginning of registration, so you're welcome to come earlier, but a lot of us will probably just be hanging around.
