Club Officers,
Everyone receiving this email has been reported by their respective club as an officer. As many of you have noticed, Sport Clubs are undergoing a major overhaul this fall. Things have been a bit crazy so far, but we are doing our best to put things in order. Next week we will be holding meetings to go over changes in the department, walk through the updated manual and new forms, complete any unfinished forms that are past due, and answer any questions you may have. This meeting is not optional and there are four times that are available. All officer are encouraged to attend, but a minimum of two from each club is required. If two club officers do not attend you will not be recognized as a Student Organization this fall. Many of you have been very active in responding to email and turning in your forms in a timely manner and that is greatly appreciated.
