Band pushdowns with the green band.
Notes: LOL. I was winded after the second set. Strength didn't really seem to suffer, but 52 reps is about 20 more than I've done in a long time. This is going to be a fun experience. | |

Notes. LOLOLOL. Fucking cardio. Also, 5 pounds more than I was supposed to do because I forgot to look at the spreadsheet before I headed out. Brian Collins let me use his knee sleeves. Had to combine my bench and squat day due to finals. School is getting in the way of training. This is not okay. College is bullshit and I hate it.
Bench 210x5 255x3 295x1 315x8 Failed 9th. Was supposed to get 10. Adjustments apparently need to be made.

| OHP on Wednesday was fucking pitiful and I'm not going to put up what I did.

Notes: I blame most of my pressing difficulties on it being finals week, so I don't think I'm going to bring the training max down. I probably should, but I'm arrogant with my pressing and I refuse to believe I'm not strong enough to handle it. For the other two lifts, I think I'm finally learning how to push them. I've always quit long before I needed to, and now I'm being able to push through what my brain thinks is hard and do what my body is capable of. I am excited to continue to see improvements. | |

Notes: Decided to try 315 again after failing like a bitch on Tuesday. Went well. 11 would have been a super grind if it did go, but 10 felt much better in part to having more sleep and more food in me as compared to Tuesday when I had 3 finals in 24 hours, very little sleep, and not enough food. Definitely going to keep the press training maxes the same. I think improvements will be seen in this next phase of the juggernaut. | |
