wow this is embarrassing...
Here are my last two workouts
Friday 3/29
Squat warm ups 275 3x3 lol
Deadlift warm ups 405x3 455x3
straight leg deadlift 225x8 275x8 295x8
face pulls, decline abs
Saturday 3/30
Bench Press warm ups 225x5
Incline Bench Press 135x8 155x8
tricep cable pulldowns
Also did some oly stuff yesterday, but that doesn't really count as lifting.
Notes: This next month is going to get kind of crazy with school. I have a senior design project as well as the FE exam the week before the meet so I probably won't be competing. Hopefully I will still be able to make it over there.

Don't worry OP--you're still out-logging Fazekas by a mile.

This can be verified by two eye witnesses: Kyle Kolb and myself. George "GFou" Foutris did indeed place a barbell on his back and squatted
Now that powerful doctor kolb has set the 242 records for deadlift, bench, and total, will SuperFou strike back? Will he go 275? Will his squat record remain? When will SuperFou return? Why am I asking all of these questions?

Gregory has been looking for a reason to go up to 308 for a long time now, so I'm sure he's not phased.
Also, those are some solid deadlifts, considering the time you've missed.
