Bench felt pretty quick, once I stopped screwing around and used some leg drive. doubles at 225 feel a lot better than they used to, I'm sure I could have done a triple at some point.

It took a while, but I got the ten singles I wanted. Things got slow toward the end, but I feel more confident about my deadlift and my work capacity now.

3 sets of GHRs till boredom.


Today I got some benching done.

I didn't get anything done since that last deadlift session, and I don't want to bore you with my list of excuses, so here it goes.

Messed around with 135 for a bunch of sets with varying grip widths, mainly trying to keep my shoulders back since I haven't been doing that very well.

I may go in later tonight and get some extra stuff done, but that's it for now.

Note: Squatting for more than 5 reps is exhausting. I'll keep such things to a minimum so I don't get rhabdo and die.
