Bench 185x5 200x5 210x3 215x5 225x2x1 230x1 240x1
Floor Press 95x12 135x10 155x2x8 155x10
240 was a +5lb PR. 215 matched my 5RM. It was a good day.

| It begins.
Congrats on the PR; you're probably good for more, considering you hit it after a ton of other work.

Deadlifts 315x5 375x2x3 405x2x2 440x1 460x1 480x1 500x1 500xf
Sumo deads working from 275 to 405
GHR 4 sets until cramping forced me to quit.
klokov presses 11x100 45x23 45x40 45x35 45x2
or something like that. Everything was slow. Hopefully my deadlift starts looking decent soon, and hopefully I can push myself to update this log regularly.

Bench warm up 185x5 205x3 215x3 225x5x2
Floor press 135x10 155x4x8
Hammer curls low band pull-aparts
Bench felt pretty quick, once I stopped screwing around and used some leg drive. doubles at 225 feel a lot better than they used to, I'm sure I could have done a triple at some point.

| 9/28 Deadlifts Warm up 405 3x2 455 2x1 460 1 470 2x1 475 3x1 485 1
Close parallel grip pulldowns. up to 130 for 8, 8, 6
Shrugs 225x12 275x3x10, 12, 15
It took a while, but I got the ten singles I wanted. Things got slow toward the end, but I feel more confident about my deadlift and my work capacity now.

Floor press 45x12 95x12 135x2x8 155x5, 155x4+F
Close parallel Lat Pulldows
I had to kind of rush things today because I got in very late, but everything was feeling crappy. My barpath was everywhere and my arch was weak. I went in hoping for triples at 220, but that wasn't happening. Next time.

No, my standing PR is 405. I just wanted to squat something heavy that day. I was spent afterward, so I called it quits.

| I didn't get anything done since that last deadlift session, and I don't want to bore you with my list of excuses, so here it goes.
12/15 Squats 115x2x10 (it was already on the bar) 185x8 225x10 275x9, 10 335x6
Bench 45xsomething 95x2x10 135x10 175x11 185x6 205x2x3 Messed around with 135 for a bunch of sets with varying grip widths, mainly trying to keep my shoulders back since I haven't been doing that very well.
I may go in later tonight and get some extra stuff done, but that's it for now.
Note: Squatting for more than 5 reps is exhausting. I'll keep such things to a minimum so I don't get rhabdo and die.

Beltless Squats warm up 225x12 275x9 315x3 340x3 355x3 (PR) 365x(no-start)
Front squats 135x12 185x6
Belt squats up to 125x5
Overhead press 45x15 90x10 115x8
Belt squats are very awkward I almost fell over twice trying to do the last set. I should have recorded it to send with my application to Team Awful.
