| 6/25- Deadlift- 2x2,2x1@405 Squat- somex315 Fat gripz EZ bar curlz/neck work/face pulls/shoulder external rotation superset- a bunch
Notes: 405 was really fucking slow. I took some video, but because my workouts aren't super organized right now, I'm not really interested in editing them and putting them on youtube. Squatting felt awkward as fuck- I need to work on my motor patterns a lot. Deadlifting felt pretty good- I think I'm going to use a very slightly wider stance to help keep my back just a little straighter, which I think will help my squat.
I'm taking today off, as I am sore all over and I have a date.

No, she wasn't ghetto; she was just black. That (thankfully) fell through anyway. She was fucking crazy, and not the good kind. This one is white and drives a BMW. It went well, by the way.

| I should be in Iowa City sometime this coming week, hopefully the 3rd. I haven't been able to lift the past couple days because of work- I hate working 3-11's.
I'm hoping to do some squatting and maybe RDL's or something tomorrow before a lady friend comes to visit.
Also, I did forearm work for a solid 25 minutes on the drive to work today (well, yesterday) in the form of gripper thingies for about 4000 reps. I suppose I can count lifting clients out of wheelchairs for some GPP work.

I'm here for the romance. Also, 3? To 11? Do they give you food?

| 7/1-
Squat- 6x2@315 Snatch grip RDL- some Decline situps- 3x10 Fat bar curlz- some
Notes: RDL's were bothering my glute on the second set of ten at 225, so I cut it short. These are well suited for more high rep set anyway. Sets of 20 at 135, plus the occasional heavier stuff upwards of 275/315, will be the prescription here.
Also, video will be back tonight.

| Video will be delayed because the app I used to use to put all the clips together is deciding to be a phucking phaggot.
Also, I will be in Iowa City tomorrow.

| I have not trained in forever. Between work and having a girlfriend for like the second time in my life, I am in need of a wake up call to get my priorities straight. | |

| Boom, there it is. I will squat tomorrow.
Also, speaking of priorities: I need to really get serious about dropping some fat and becoming a full-time 181--i.e. not cutting any more than five pounds. I am going to be adding in simple circuit training to help me accomplish this task. Circuits will be something kind of like what I would do for PT, so it will pretty much be something like the following:
A bunch of pushups A bunch of situps A bunch of other bodyweight shit Sprints Possibly farmers carries Maybe some box jumps and the like
It won't be anything longer than five minutes and I could do it pretty much whenever and however often as I choose.
Diet will also change a bit as I continue to cut out carbs and eat a bit more "clean". Nothing drastic. I also finally refilled my whey stock, so I can have a decent quick protein source, and I do have a couple bottles of some EC supplements, although I'm not sure how well they will work. I will be looking to pick up some more ephedrine in the meanwhile.

| Oh, not really- yesterday me and the ladyfriend went out to eat and I had a rack of ribs, a vanilla shake, fries, potato salad, and we split cheeseballs (with ranch!) and a chocolate/mint chocolate chip ice cream thing.
On the other hand, I use Nair now.
